AN IT company has been named as one of the best graduate employing firms in the country.
FDM Group, which has offices in Trafalgar Place, Brighton, was ranked second in JobCrowd’s Top 100 Companies for Graduates To Work For.
Described as the ‘TripAdvisor for jobs’, JobCrowd is the UK’s leading graduate job review website and hosts thousands of reviews by graduate employees.
Reviewers were asked to score their company on criteria including responsibility, progression opportunities, colleague interaction, training, work-life balance and benefits.
FDM was placed second for the third consecutive year in the dedicated IT Services and IT consulting category and ranked above the likes of Accenture, Siemens and Arcadia.
Rod Flavell, chief executive of FDM, said: “I am delighted that FDM has been chosen as a top company for graduates to work for again this year.
“I understand the difficulties graduates face in securing a job especially if they don’t have relevant commercial experience.
