The management contract for the modernist Embassy Court has been awarded to Brighton company Harper Stone.
Founded by Chris Brotherton in 2013, the contract was awarded following a year of talks with Bluestorm, which owns the landmark building.
Over the past ten years Embassy Court has gone from dilapidated to beautifully restored, thanks to Bluestorm and Conran and Partners architects.
Harper Stone has a team of eight and manages more than 150 freehold buildings, with more than 1,000 units across the south of England.
Chris Brotherton started out with a small local managing agent and worked in London for Cluttons LLP and Farrar Property Management.
