LEADING regional law firm Coffin Mew has launched its Aspire II training programme at the Goodwood Hotel.

Over the next five months, the programme will equip Coffin Mew staff with tools to maximise performance and wellbeing, build industry knowledge, and develop leadership skills.

Aspire II follows last year’s successful Aspire programme, welcoming 13 new delegates from Coffin Mew offices across Portsmouth, Southampton and Brighton.

The attendees were identified as having high potential, and were nominated to participate in the programme by their team leaders.

Aspire II is designed to engage employees at all stages of their career, from recent recruits to staff members with more than 20 years’ service at Coffin Mew.

Miles Brown, Managing Partner at Coffin Mew, said: “We take staff training and development very seriously at Coffin Mew and find nothing more rewarding than watching individuals grow and relish the opportunities we give them.

“We are also committed to bringing on board new graduate trainees and training them to be some of the best lawyers in the country and are proud to have partners that have worked for us for over 30 years!”
