Bevendean Tenants Association updates Our Estate Development Bids (EDB) have been prepared ready for the big meeting on April 10th when they will be put before the other tenants groups in East Brighton. We all then vote to approve, or reject, the bids, mindful that each approved bid takes funding available from the ‘pot’ to be distributed amongst us all. This method does mean we all have to be careful on how much we bid, for fear of it being turned down, and that’s why we can only bid for funds for definite projects, like those who have requested fences, rather than a large sum ‘just in case’ somebody later wants to request a fence.
