A new cafe with a difference has opened in Rottingdean.
The Gallery in Nevill Rd has been opened by a group of eight local artists.
As well as serving teas, coffees, sandwiches, cakes and light meals, customers can browse and purchase work by the group and other local artists.
Along with paintings from various genres, there are mosaics, hand crafted jewelry, art kits for children books and other items of artistic interest.
The cafe is open seven days a week and on Saturday there are classes for children in making mosaics.
