Pop princess Kylie Minogue is interested in buying an exclusive seafront home in Hove.

On Saturday we revealed top astrologer June Penn was selling her £3.25 million home in Western Esplanade, which has been dubbed Millionaire's Row because of a host of celebrity residents including Fatboy Slim and Zoe Ball.

It now looks as though the former Neighbours star could end up good friends with them.

A friend of the 38-year-old Aussie singer said she would love to move to Brighton and Hove.

She said: "She thinks it's a really hip and trendy place to live. Being such a gay icon she knows the people there will warm to her and make her feel at home - although its a bit unlikely that she'll find herself a man.

"Kylie was brought up in Melbourne and she wants to live on the coast again because she misses the sea so much.

"This would be an ideal place for her to unwind from her busy work schedule, especially after her health problems."

The four-bedroom property, halfway along the secluded road on the boundary between Hove and Portslade, comes with its own private beach and spectacular views of the sea.

In the past it has played host to Frank Sinatra, Ava Gardner, Shirley Bassey and Danny La Rue.

Meanwhile Kylie has denied rumours that she was involved with a married man and said she found them offensive.

She was spotted with South American film director Alexander Dahm in Chile last week, which started rumours that the two were romantically involved.

However, Kylie dismissed the media speculation in a statement for the Press, saying that Dahm was a friend whom she had met while filming for H&M.

She said: "I have never been unfaithful to a partner and would find it completely immoral to be involved with a married man."

Dahm's wife is eight months pregnant with the couple's second child.

Kylie's publicist said the singer was shocked by the media response to her socializing with a male friend.
