On the first weekend of March, Blue Sonic developers will be launching the first release of their Clayhills development in Lewes, with the new show house available to view.

The agents have reported that the first release is already 30% sold off plan.

This development of houses and apartments is centrally located in Lewes and the first release will comprise threebedroom family homes competitively priced at £395,000 and a collection of one and two-bedroom luxury apartments with prices starting from £190,000.

Managing director of Blue Sonic Andrew Newton commented: “Blue Sonic are very excited about the launch of Clayhills, which is going to be the first major housing development in Lewes for some time.

“It is already creating a great buzz around town, with our agents having reserved units off plan prior to the launch, which demonstrates the pent up demand in the town for quality new housing.”

In total the development comprises a mix of nine elegant three and fourbedroom houses and 22 one and two-bed apartments, all arranged around attractively landscaped and professionally managed amenity areas, all accessed from a private access road.

David Beaken of Oakley Residential said: “The houses have been designed in two styles, the De Montfort and the De Warenne.

“Both styles have warm timber and brick cladding which juxtaposes beautifully with cool steel balconies.

“The accommodation features lightfilled south-facing living space to the first floor, leading out to full-width balconies.

“There are large rear gardens, accessed off the garden rooms, with both a lawned and paved patio area.

“Each house also has a private under croft parking space.

“The apartment development is known as Clayhill Court and each apartment has been designed with great attention to detail and with a flowing layout.

“Each apartment will benefit from a balcony, dedicated covered parking space and storage facility.

“The specification of both the houses and the apartments is to a high standard to include superb kitchens featuring contemporary hi-gloss white units, with oak effect worktops and NEFF appliances.

“The bathrooms are designed with contemporary clean lines to offer excellent quality throughout.”

To mark the launch of the development the agents are inviting interested parties to join them for a glass of wine and nibbles to view the beautiful show house over the weekend of Saturday, March 1 from 11 am to 3 pm and on Sunday, March 2 from 11am to 1pm.
