Brighton & Hove estate agents (BHEAA) President, Jason Brand, of Brand Vaughan, presented a cheque for £750 to the children and staff of Brighton Youth Centre (BYC).
Jason said: “The BYC is a very worthy cause that supports hundreds of kids across the city, the centre is a hive of activity and we hope the amount donated will make a real difference to this charity.”
Mike Roe, of the BYC, added: “The Brighton Youth Centre is committed to providing a welcoming place and exciting projects for the young people of Brighton and Hove. We are delighted that the association shares our passion for investing in the Young People of Brighton and Hove. BYC is real hub of activity, the current programme ranges from female only skate tuition, 3D printing and Minecraft, to live monthly gigs.”
The centre is open to all young people between 5 – 19, with a focus on the 13-19 age group.
The centre is a registered charity and offers a varied programme of events, activities and support for young people.
