For more than 60 years The Mousetrap has been entertaining and enthralling audiences across the UK.

As the longest running continual show on the West End, Agatha Christie's murder mystery set in a remote Berkshire country house is unique in the fact that the question of whodunnit has remained a closely guarded secret.

Indeed, unless you've seen it before, chances are you have no idea who the culprit is.

What starts off with a happily-married couple welcoming an eclectic bunch of visitors into their newly-opened house for the first time, quickly descends into a finger-pointing exercise as all eight characters try and identify the person responsible for a murder.

This version, which is currently touring the country, features a stellar cast of stage hands who clearly enjoyed their roles bringing one of Christie's great tales to the stage.

Stand out performances are delivered by Oliver Gully as the rather eccentric Christopher Wren and Eastenders and Dr Who star Louise Jameson as the moany and lonely Mrs Boyle.

But this is a team effort, superbly cast meaning those on stage expertly combine high suspense with Christie's renowned English humour.

As for whodunnit? Pop along and find out for yourself.
