EASTBOURNE actor Ian Marr is coming home as part of this touring production of William Nicholson’s tale of the tragic love story between author CS Lewis and poet Joy Davidman.
Although best known as a tear-jerking 1994 film starring Anthony Hopkins and Debra Winger, the story began life as an Evening Standard Drama Award-winning play, first performed in 1990.
This production, directed by Alastair Whatley, also stars Stephen Boxer, Denis Lill and Amanda Ryan.
