Helicopter joins night search for missing man

A police helicopter scoured the streets of Brighton and Hove for a missing man last night.

Officers were alerted at around 10pm when a woman reported that her 33-year-old partner had disappeared.

The missing person was discovered safe and well around an hour later.

I expect there is some causal information that has no place in the public domain other than to satisfy nosey b*stards which isn't a good enough reason to publish!
As for the police mismanaging their resources, due to cuts they don't have any so no story there either :))
