Floods causing traffic chaos
8:12am Thursday 20th December 2012 in News
Flooding is causing chaos on major roads across Sussex this morning.
Standing water has forced the closure of the A24 Findon bypass and the A29 at Fontwell.
Long delays are also being reported on the A27 at Polegate and the A29 at Slindon and Lidsey.
One driver on the A27 at Polegate said a “massive lake” had formed on the road.

the M23 this morning between Hurstpier point and the roadworks was dreadful. REALLY dangerous amount of water on the road.
Maybe someone will give you something to boost your IQ this Christmas.
Some hope.

That word gives a mental impression of everyone running about in a state of panic; something hard to do when you are stuck in a traffic jam.
