A Brighton man has died after being hit by a train.
Alex Smith, 32, of Kings Road, was killed on Monday, March 11 after being struck by a train travelling between Gatwick Airport and Horley stations.
He was hit shortly before noon, causing subsequent services to be delayed.
His death has been referred to West Sussex coroner’s office.
