Ricardo Pisano, dubbed the 'artful dodger' has been charged with the murder of Michael Polding.
The 35-year-old, of Methuen Street, Southampton, was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning in Southampton following a disturbance in a house.
He was identified as wanted for the murder of Mr Polding, who was found dead in his flat in Brighton on July 16, 2012.
Ricardo Pisano is to appear before Brighton Magistrates Court tomorrow (Saturday, May 11) charged with the murder of Michael Polding, wounding Michael Polding and preventing the lawful and decent burial of a body.
