My sympathy goes out to Maryon Stewart and to all the other families who have lost children or loved ones due to the alleged use of “legal highs” (The Argus, May 13).
As it is generally known that some of these substances can be harmful, can someone please tell me why, just recently, at least two shops I know of have just opened up, selling legal highs and all of the paraphernalia mentioned in your story?
