Notice is hereby given that: Ladbrokes Betting &Gaming Ltd of the following address: Imperial House, Imperial Drive, Rayners Lane, Harrow, HA2 7JW is applying for a Betting (Other) premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005.The application relates to the following premises: Ladbrokes, 50 Front Street, Stanley, County Durham, DH9 0HU. The application has been made to: Durham County Council. Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Anyofthe following persons maymake representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above twocategories. Anyrepresentations must be made by the following date: 25/6/2013. It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if aperson, without reasonable excuse, givesto alicensing authority for apurpose connected with that Act information whichisfalse or misleading.
