A glider pilot had an incredible escape from a crash at a Sussex beauty spot.
The single-seat glider came down close to the Devil’s Dyke pub in Dyke Road near Poynings at about 1pm on Saturday.
The male pilot was able to free himself from the wreckage and walked away from the scene.
Police crews and ambulance paramedics were both called to the crash site.
