Police hunt motorist after Crawley hit and run
Police are hunting a motorist who knocked down a 13-year-old boy on a zebra crossing and drove off.
The teenager was crossing the A21 Bohemia Road in Hastings near its junction with Newgate Road when he was hit by a blue vehicle, shortly before 5.30pm on Monday (July 1).
The boy was knocked to the ground and suffered severe bruising and a broken tooth.
He was taken to Conquest Hospital in St Leonards for treatment but was released later.
Anyone with information should call PC Richard Trundle on 101 quoting serial 1206 of July 1.
