A mural of music legend John Peel has been added to with a graffiti collage of deceased musical heroes.
Bob Marley, John Lennon, Ian Curtis and Freddy Mercury are just some of the 24 famous faces on the Prince Albert pub’s new wall of fame.
Chris Steward, Prince Albert owner, said: “It’s not quite finished we’ve still got Ian Dury and Keith Moon to go up as well.
“I think it’s great – really lovely. It makes the wall look a lot bigger.
“There’s been a constant stream of people taking photos and of course you get people asking ‘why isn’t this person or that person on the wall?’ I guess everyone has their favourites.”
The mural is a collaboration between graffiti artist Req, the original creator, SinnaOne and Chris.
Chris added: “I love it and it fits in with what we do – we are a music pub and we always have been.”
