I live in Hangleton and am writing regarding rubbish and recycling collection days.
Brighton and Hove City Council has changed my collection days two or three times in the past few months and it’s getting irritating.
No sooner do I get used to which days to put things out than they change again. For what reason does it need to keep changing the day?
