Emergency services were called out to reports of a serious road crash only to discover that the call was a cruel hoax.
Roedean firefighters, South East Coast Ambulance paramedics and Sussex Police officers were called out to Marine Drive, Brighton, at 5am this morning.
However when the crews arrived on the scene there was no signs of any serious crash.
