A kitten is down to eight lives after firefighters were called to rescue it from a two-metre deep hole.
The adventurous moggie got into difficulty after going exploring near Upper St James’s Street in Brighton.
Firefighters from Roedean station were called out to rescue the kitten shortly after 3.30am this morning (October 26).
It has since been reunited with its owner.
