Delays on the M23 following broken down car blocking the road northbound
Traffic is returning to normal on the M23 after a car broke down earlier this morning (November 22).
Vehicle recovery units were called to the northbound carriageway near to junction 11 shortly after 6am.
A car which had broken down was blocking the road.
There are no reports of injuries.
