I write in response to the letter from Ricky Shaw of Brighton (The Argus, February 14).
If we have a god, why does he need to rely on faith in him? It is faith which is clearly not working.
What’s wrong with proof of existence? If the whole of humanity was given proof at the same time we would all be able to live in harmony and stop destroying the planet.
If God is our father, why hasn’t he guided his children (us) on to the right path? Any good parent would do this instead of letting them flounder to get on with it.
