Our city has limitations on its size with the South Downs National Park and the sea as boundaries, as we know.

It must be part of the city’s thinking to know a point at which it can be declared full.

There are considerable pressures on the city to take more people and there is a real need to know what this figure is.

It is possibly the case that our local politicians know the workings of the city more than most.

I would like them, please, to say what the full figure is, in their opinion.
