The Green Party leader, Natalie Bennett, was in Brighton to talk about “how political action can enhance personal and social wellbeing” (The Argus, April 1).
For many residents, a real contribution to their personal and social wellbeing would be to have streets free from the mess made because of missed refuse collections and overflowing communal recycling bins.
I hope she had a few tips for her Green chums on Brighton and Hove City Council about how to run a service as fundamental as refuse collection and recycling. They clearly haven’t a clue.
