A robber snatched cash from a man who was attempting to buy food from a service station.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was robbed in the BP service station in Sedlescombe Road North, St Leonards on Sea, on Friday at 10pm.
The 26-year-old victim was buying food when he was approached by the suspect who took £40 off him. No one was injured.
There is believed to be one suspect who is described as a black man, aged in his 20s, 5' 10" to 6' and of medium build.
He was wearing dark clothing and was seen leaving in a black Mercedes car.
