FITNESS fans are invited to a free zumba masterclass and party to celebrate the FIFA World Cup 2014.
It will take place today at Virgin Active Brighton Health and Racquets Club, Falmer, from 7pm to 9pm.
The outdoor event is free but there will be a collection for children’s medical research charity Sparks.
Instructor Federico Bedoya said: “Not only is it a chance to push your body to your limit in true Zumba party style, but also to do it all for a good cause as we support Sparks children's charity.
“All you need to do is bring along a flag or wear clothing to represent your country, ensure you're in a party mood and don't forget to help us raise some cash for Sparks.”
Limited free parking is available in the club and there is pay and display parking nearby. There is will also be a bar.
