A sculpture worth several thousand pounds was stolen from a house.

Police are appealing for witnesses to a theft at a house in Battery Hill, Fairlight, between Saturday 7 June and Saturday 21 June.

The sculpture is described as a bronze ring with two figures sitting on top and is approximately 1.5m high and 1.5m wide.

Any witness or anyone with information is asked to call 101 or email quoting serial 299 of 22/6. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
