A BUSH was deliberately set on fire on Wednesday evening.
Firefighters left Newhaven station at 10.49pm to deal with a fire in bushes near Hazel Road in Newhaven.
The fire was in a difficult area to reach so a flexpack, a portable water supply carried on a firefighter’s back, was used.
The fire was put out and crews left the scene just before midnight.
