Why have they issued a description of the van if they already have located the driver?

And I do wish they'd stop calling these incidents 'unprovoked'. Motorists don't just assault each other for absolutely no reason.

Because they are trying to trace any potential witnesses and a description of a distinctive vehicle would perhaps jog people's memories. However I do agree with you on the other point, clearly it wasn't "unprovoked".

Didn't you read the article this happened in Hastings, no green council there ! Also I could find no mention of travelers in the story. I know you are desperate to post anti green, anti traveler comments but please at least wait for a related story. I can assure you the argus will publish one soon enough.
