AN ELDERLY man collapsed outside a restaurant and later died.
The man in his seventies suffered a heart attack outside the Crown Carvery, Peacehaven, last Sunday (July 13).
Ambulances were called to the South Coast Road venue at around 2.30pm.
A South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman said first-aiders at the scene tried to resuscitate the man before the ambulance arrived.
He was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital.
