A CARE home manager has admitted fraud against a resident of the home where she worked.

Julia Glynn, 54, of Applesham Way, Portslade, pleaded guilty to one count of fraud by abuse of position and one of theft at Chichester Crown Court.

She was manager at the Oakland Grange care home in St Flora’s Road, Littlehampton, at the time of the offences last year.

Detectives from the West Sussex Adult Protection Team of Sussex Police investigated the case after the home reported the matter to police.

Glynn is due to be sentenced at Chichester Crown Court on August 5.
