THREE people died who died in as many days in Sussex last week due to suspected heroin overdoses have been named.
Roy Woodburn, 60, died on Thursday evening at a flat in Durrington Gardens, The Causeway, Goring.
A 27-year-old woman in the flat was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and has been bailed until November 7 pending enquiries.
The body of David Mateer, 38, was found by police at a flat in Rowlands Road, West Worthing, on Wednesday night.
On Friday morning, Eliza Rawwash, 33, died at a flat in Bridgewater Close, Billingshurst.
A 21-year-old man in the flat, who had also used heroin, was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug, and has been bailed until September 5.
Police said they are not linking the deaths at this stage, and await toxicology results.
