Witnesses are being sought to a suspected break-in.

Police were called to reports of men trying to force their way into a home in Eriswell Road, Worthing, at 9am on August 2.

Officers arrived to find three men in the street, one of whom, a local 24-year old, had sustained a small cut to his head which did not require hospital treatment.

Two local men, aged 32 and 26, were arrested on suspicion of affray and were released on police bail until September 3 while enquiries continue.
