Tamien Peter Saint, 22, of St James’ Square, Chichester, was found guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Given an 18-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge plus costs of £310.
Garry Cumming, 40, of East Walls, Chichester, pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drugs. Fined £250 plus £25 victim surcharge and £400 costs. Licence endorsed with ten points.
