RESIDENTS have until Saturday to speak out over plans to cut £1.6 million from the fire service budget for 2015-16.
The proposals would keep all fire stations open but cut the number of firefighters.
They also intend to keep the same number of immediate response fire engines but move one from a temporary base and remove some second and third-response vehicles.
Consultations will finish this month ahead of a West Sussex County Council decision in September.
Residents can fill out an online questionnaire at: www.surveymonkey.com/s/FFR2015 or write to Have Your Say, Future Fire Rescue, Freepost RSBK-CHTU-KGGG-WSCC, Chichester, PO19 1RQ.
