Creative designs were made as youngsters tried out tie dye.

The Brighton & Hove Foyer residents spent time camping and decorating clothing to improve their health and confidence.

The Sanctuary Supported Living centre, on Pelham Road, took part in the national Healthy Conversations initiative.

The scheme, financed by the Big Lottery Fund, has taken place in more than 70 centres nationwide.

The Brighton residents learnt how to use dyes to customise clothing and took part in healthy cooking workshops and gym sessions.

The Foyer Federation is a not-for-profit group that helps young people who have faced barriers.
