Four new homes plan

Four new homes could be built on council-owned land in Portslade if plans are approved.

The cluster of three bedroom houses will have off-street parking if the Brighton and Hove City Council-owned plot is given the go-ahead.

The properties would be built on land to the rear of Easthill Drive, next to Foredown Road, which used to be a series of garages.

In planning documents agent Baily Garner said the development was essential to tackle the city’s housing crisis. A decision is expected by September 29.

Found a hole that can be used for houses and let's fill it, even though there is not the supporting infrastructure to take any more houses or people in Portslade, but the council will cram them in regardless.
