A motorcyclist has been seriously injured after colliding with a flint wall.

The 55-year-old male rider from Crawley was airlifted to hospital after the incident in Upwaltham, near Chichester, on Saturday.

Emergency services were called at 9am to the A285 between Duncton and Upwaltham where the green and black Kawasaki motorcycle, travelling south, hit a wooden post before ploughing into the wall.
