Heavy workload for junior troupe

A THEATRE director has taken on the mammoth task of three productions in one month.

While most directors would admit that it’s stressful to manage weeks of rehearsals, source props and costumes and keep all the cast happy enough to bring a show to the stage, Seaford Musical Theatre Juniors director Paula Woolven is tripling her workload to bring three shows to the Barn Theatre in Seaford this October. One is The Big Top, a circus-themed show featuring songs by Emeli Sande, Queen, Britney Spears and The Beatles.

Show times are October 10 at 7.30pm, October 11 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm and October 12 at 2.30pm, with tickets priced at £7.50 for adults and £5 for children.

Neon Lights and The Roar of the Crowd will also be staged at the theatre in October.
