A PUB has been named the region’s best.
The Spotted Cow in High Street, Angmering near Littlehampton, was voted the 2014 South and South East in Bloom Pub of the Year.
The pub, run by Punch Taverns, fended off more than 200 others to win the award, which was presented on September 17 at the American Express Community Stadium in Brighton.
Michael Collis, landlord of the Spotted Cow, said: “We are thrilled to have won this award.
“We have put so much effort in across the last 12 months to try and improve on our last year’s runners-up position, so we are all really pleased.”
