A COUPLE returned home from a week away to find their home had been ransacked.
The glass in the kitchen door had been broken and an untidy search had been made.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the burglary in Tilekiln Lane, Hastings, between Monday, September 15, and Monday, September 22.
Detective Constable Cally Fox said: “Although it looks like nothing was stolen, a mess was made by the suspects when they damaged the kitchen door and while they searched the home.
