ADVENTUROUS children tested out a new climbing frame, outdoor musical instruments and a host of other playtime toys at the opening of a new garden.
Hopscotch Nursery children could not wait to try out the equipment on Monday.
The Seaford centre celebrated the refurbished outdoor space with guests including mayor of Seaford Mark Brown, parents, children and nursery staff.
Based at The Old School, Church Street, the nursery’s new manager Gemma Middleton, who has worked there for 17 years, said: “It includes all-weather surfacing with a tunnel mound, adventure climbing frame, tee-pee, musical instruments panels, sandpit, and seating area under the trees. It is wonderful.”
