FOUR people were injured in a serious crash between a car and a lorry.
Emergency services were called around 2pm on Saturday to the A24 at Findon to a collision between two vehicles.
A blue Vauxhall Tigra was heading south on the road and a white Iveco lorry was heading north, when the Vauxhall turned into The Quadrangle, colliding with the lorry.
A 26-year-old man from Findon, the driver of the Vauxhall, suffered serious injuries to his back and neck.
His passenger, a 31-year-old man from Worthing, suffered cuts to his head. Both were taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
The driver of the lorry, a 54-year-old from the West Midlands, and his passenger, a 61-year-old from Worcestershire, were both taken to hosptial to be checked over for minor injuries.
