When we read the options for our wedding breakfast it was very difficult to decide as we both love our food and there isn't a thing we don't like! 

Chelsey our wedding planner at the Hilton Brighton Metropole advised us to arrange to have a food tasting session. There was no way we were going to pass up an opportunity of tasting so many delicious dishes, so we arranged a date and met her one Saturday lunch time. 

Peter Buckingham, the Executive Chef, made every dish as delicious as we imagined it would be and the presentation was done beautifully. 

The food tasting certainly helped us make our decisions and it was also a great pleasure to meet Peter our chef who will be cooking for us on the day.
