FESTIVAL organisers will turn the spotlight on burlesque as an entertaining art form with a celebration of the flesh.

The Brighton Burlesque Festival is promising eight hours of burlesque, pole dancing and circus entertainment for attendees this Saturday at the Thistle Hotel in Brighton.

International star Sukki Singapora and recently crowned Best British Act Coco Deville will be the star draws in their drawers at the event starting from 2pm on Saturday.

The event organised by TicketplannerUK and South Coast Swing Events will feature more than 15 stalls featuring vintage clothing and homeware as well as burlesque workshops throughout the day, and prizes for best dressed.

An after party will run from 10pm to 1am and cost ticketholders £3 more.
