A visitor was hit around the face during a street attack in Brighton city centre.
The 25-year-old man from London was attacked by three men in North Road, Brighton, as he walked from the station at about 11pm on Friday.
The gang stole his black Nike wallet, containing £20, his Oyster card and his train ticket and left him with bruises to his face and a cut above his eyebrow.
The victim told officers his attackers were three black men, all around 5' 7", with braided hair and one who spoke with a London accent.
