THEATRE stars of tomorrow found inspiration from a pop star.
Singer Jamelia has backed a theatre school by becoming their new patron and recently met some of the upcoming stars.
The Superstar singer has become patron of the award-winning stage school The Theatre Workshop which has schools in Brighton, Chichester, Bexhill and Eastbourne.
The Theatre Workshop has been running for eleven years and offers classes in performing arts for six to 18-year-olds.
Jamelia said: “I am so honoured to become a patron of the Theatre Workshop.
“It’s such a fantastic place to nurture talent and encourage creativity from an early age.”
TTW’s Creative Director Lora Munro said: “It is fantastic that such a big star has agreed to be our patron.
“She will be a great ambassador and can show our children what can be achieved with hard work.”
