A driver was badly hurt in a collision with a refuse truck.
The accident happened while the man was driving his Ford Mondeo in Broderick Road, Eastbourne.
Ambulance crews took the injured driver, who was in his 60s, to Eastbourne District General Hospital where he was treated for serious injuries.
Traffic was disrupted following the crash, which happened at around 8.30am on Tuesday (feb 6).
